These terms govern your use of Shela at shela.ai and hub.shela.ai. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Shela is an AI agent that performs tasks you ask for: answering questions, writing and building websites, and similar work. Output is generated by language models and may be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on, and for anything you publish from it.
Keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Do not use Shela to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to generate content that harms or deceives people, to attack or overload the platform, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you. Output the agent produces for you is yours to use; note that similar output may be produced for other users, and that generated material can be subject to third-party rights you should check before commercial use.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, model provider outages and failures happen. We may change or discontinue features.
Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period and included limits are shown at purchase. Consumer rights of withdrawal under EU law apply where they apply.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Shela and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Slovenian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
