This policy explains what Shela ("we", "us") collects when you use shela.ai and hub.shela.ai, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We process personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work: keeping you signed in and protecting the session. If we ever add analytics cookies, they will be optional and the consent banner will ask first.
Running the service means some data passes through infrastructure and model providers: hosting in the European Union, and large language model providers that process the text of your requests in order to answer them. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection commitments.
Account data and your content stay while your account exists. Delete your account and we remove them, except where the law requires us to keep records longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within the statutory deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell you in the product.
